At Marsa Joys Travel, we believe booking your experience should feel simple, comfortable, and worry‑free. This policy is written with our guests in mind—clear, flexible, and aligned with international booking standards.

1. Reservations
  • All tours and experiences are reserved in advance to ensure availability and quality service.

  • No credit card is required at the time of booking.

  • Once your booking is received, we will confirm availability and send you all tour details via email or WhatsApp.


2. Secure Payment

To secure your spot, we kindly ask for a minimum 50% deposit, payable at least 24 hours before the departure date.

  • Payments are made through a secure online payment link.

  • We accept major cards, including Visa and Mastercard.

This approach allows you to reserve with confidence while keeping the process flexible and transparent.


3. Cancellation Policy

Plans change—we understand. Our cancellation terms are designed to be fair and guest‑friendly:

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, or in case of no‑show, are non‑refundable due to operational commitments.

  • Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.


4. Changes to Your Booking
  • Requests to change the date or time are welcome and subject to availability.

  • Please contact us at least 24 hours before departure.

  • We’ll always do our best to accommodate your request.


5. Pick‑Up Time & No‑Shows
  • Pick‑up times are shared in advance and may vary slightly depending on your location.

  • If a guest does not arrive at the confirmed pick‑up time, the booking may be considered a no‑show.

  • Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for missed tours due to late arrival.


6. If We Need to Cancel

In rare cases, a tour may be cancelled due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational reasons.

If this happens, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule to another available date.

Your safety and experience always come first.


7. Refunds
  • Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

  • Any processing delays by banks or payment providers are outside our control.
